Dunkin' Donut Days

D: Okay, I hinted earlier in the week that we had some pretty appetizing dogs staying with us. I'd like to introduce you to Duncan, Donut and Dasey.
S: Um, I love Duncan Donuts.

D: It's technically Dunkin', Sparks.

S: That's what I said.

D: Anyway, all week we've heard Duncan and Donut in the same sentence, but there hasn't been a real donut in sight. For a while, I thought maybe we were being teased, then I found out about the pugs. Dasey is their sister, a lab.
S: Pugs aren't nearly as tasty as donuts...

D: So this has made me think about other yummy dog's names we've had over the years. Let's see, Cheyenne and Ginger were here this weekend, and they certainly did spice things up. We have several Gingers actually.

S: Those aren't the only spicy dogs. There's Pesto & Basil, Onion & Sesame, lots of Peppers, a Sage, and a Cinnamon.

D: The sweet names are too many to count: Pudding, Brownie, Cocoa, Cookie, Honey, Muffin, Oreo, Candi, Cadbury, Skittles, Cupcake, Godiva, Goober, Snickers and Sugar.

S: You are seriously making me hungry. There's Andouie (a Basset) and Schnitzel (a Dachshund).

D: No one could forget Beans.

S: Or Peanut, Pancake, Bagel, PB& J, Pickle, Tater, Peaches and Chiquita.

D: Wow! That's a lot of food names.

S: And then there's something to wash it all down with: Coffee, Mocha & Java, Sake, Sassafras, Scotch and Tequila.

D: I had no idea we were going to get into all this when I started talking about Duncan & Donut.

S: Um, I love Duncan Donuts.

D: Sparks, you're hopeless.
