PB is a five year old beagle who was rescued not once, not twice, but three times (and those are the only ones documented). Most recently he was abandoned here at Sparky's after a holiday stay turned into three months. After we found him a new, permanent home, I witnessed a crime profile on the man who had abandoned him on Asheville's Most Wanted. Now PB lives a life free of crime and enjoys the many luxuries of his new home. There is some disagreement as to what the PB stands for. His mom says it means Pretty Boy or Pretty Beagle, I call him the Portly Beagle, but PB is sure it stands for Proud Beagle.
