S: So, Easter came and went, and while I did get a teensy-weensy piece of ham last night, there was nary an egg- or rabbit-shaped bone in sight. In fact, I didn't get a present at all. Just what kind of holiday is this anyway?
D: Um, Sparks, presents aren't really the point of Easter.
S: Kids get presents. Did you see that cool ball Jake was playing with last night? Everybody got all mad when I tried to play too.

S: And my birthday is this Wednesday, in case you were wondering.
D: Sparks and I also got to meet our new cousin, Mojo, on Saturday. At first I thought he was a guinea pig, but everyone claims he is, in fact, an actual dog.
S: Yeah, so I thought Mojo and I were playing (it's hard to tell if you're actually playing with two pounds of hair), until the little brat tried to hump my leg.
D: So I found the perfect gift for him. Wonder if it comes in extra small. (Warning: this link is not intended for puppies.)
S: I figure if I had to be neutered, everyone should.
D: Finally, here's a funny little story about a shelter dog living the high life.
S: I love stories with a twist at the end. But not a bad twist. I could have done without seeing Old Yeller.
